Power Half Bootcamp 6:30-7:00 A.M.  

The "Power Half" is a 30 minute workout designed for the the super busy person who knows they need to workout, but can never  find the time.   Come in, knock out a legit, full body, bootcamp style workout, shower in a nice locker room and have time to get to work by 8:00.  

 

Tuition for class is $60 a month.  

Enrolling in one fitness class buys your access to any fitness class during the week.
